As a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Registered Nurse, I utilize what I have learned about functional nutrition and take a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, taking into account not only your nutritional needs, but also your physical, mental, and emotional health. I work closely with my clients to develop individualized nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle changes that support their health goals

I have been in your shoes, both as a patient and a family member of someone seeking medical care, and I understand the frustrations that come with it. I know what it's like to feel unwell, unheard, and overwhelmed by the abundance of health information out there. That's why I'm here to help you find the answers you need and support you in achieving your health goals.

My career took a turn from nursing to nutrition when my twins were battling eczema, anaphylactic food allergies, and asthma, and I realized that there was more I could do beyond medication and avoidance of allergens. While I deeply value conventional medicine (having worked in a pediatric ICU, I've seen its effectiveness), I have also learned from my personal experiences, work experiences, and extensive education that nutrition and lifestyle modifications can make a significant difference. It is possible to take control of our health or our loved ones' health. Let me help you find your health again.
